Optional, additional services

Our aim is to ensure that we provide a service tailored specifically to each client’s needs. We therefore provide a range of additional services which clients can choose from.

• Preparation of the villa for owner’s personal use
• Meet and greet services for when your house is used in your absence
• A guest departure check, again for when your house is used in your absence
• Deep cleaning at the end or the beginning of the season and general cleaning on request
• Provision and cleaning of linen and towels. This service is often useful to clients who have guests visiting or rent their house out during the year
• Shopping services, either a welcome pack of basic provisions or a full shop prior to your or your guests arrival
• Help with transfers to and from Nice airport
• Advice/ordering/delivery of appliances and furniture in your absence
• Organising and managing a wide range of contractors for one-off or regular work, including decoration, small DIY and larger building projects
• Organising gardening and pool services
• Recommending and organising chefs for special events
