We concentrate our services in the geographic area of Mougins, Valbonne, Biot, Mouans Sartoux, Roquefort-les-Pins, Magagnosc and the surrounding areas of the Côte d’Azur in south-east France.

Key holding Service

For all properties we offer a year round key holding service, including regular visits to the property—either monthly, twice monthly, or weekly—depending on your needs.

We consider this the most important service that we offer, as it gives owners peace of mind that their property is secure and problem free. It also enables any problems to be identified and rectified immediately.
